Bei Lesern, die sich schon etwas länger damit beschäftigen, werden wohl Dinge wie Kokos- oder Mandelöl, Chiasamen, Xylit- oder Kokosblütennektar, Teriyaki-Sauce und Kokosöl bereits im Schrank stehen oder man weiß zumindest, wo man sie bekommt. Also ich kenne ja wirklich schon echt viel, da ich etliche Koch- und Ernährungsbücher gelesen habe und oft im Reformhaus und Bioladen einkaufe, aber hier im Buch gab es da doch so einiges, was mich noch zum staunen brachte.Īllgemein sind die Zutaten für Neueinsteiger in das Thema gesunde Ernährung sehr ausgefallen.
